salido muchas súper producciones de diferentes franquicias, es cosa de ver
cuantas películas a sacado MARVEL en estos 12 años, cuantas películas de TRANSFORMERS
han sacado en estos 12 años, cuantas series de Voltron, también se revivió por
ahí a los Thundercats, también DC y muchas otras franquicias, pero ROBOTECH?
qué pasa con ROBOTECH que no hace nada?
Se ha puesto a pensar por que
otras franquicias han avanzado en estos 12 años y ROBOTECH no ha hecho nada?

de Shadow Chronicles que abriría las puertas para partir con mas ROBOTECH y
mejorar la franquicia. Año tras año en cada convención (ComiCon y AnimeExpo)
anuncian que se encuentran trabajando en Shadow Rising, pero eso es real?,
alguien ha visto algo de información respecto a eso? todos los años vendiendo
humo, falsas promesas, ilusiones.
Dice
un rumor que se asustaron ante la posibilidad de sacar una pelicula live action,
cosa que no quisieron mostrar nada de Shadow Rising por miedo a cagarla

hasta pasar años y años y anuncian que cambian de estudio dejando de lado a WB
para pasar a estar en SONY el año 2015 vendiéndolo y anunciándolo como la
octava maravilla del mundo, anunciaron a nuevo director si al señor James Wan
(The Conjurin), pero este director tenía en mente y prioridad otras películas
dejando en segundo plano a ROBOTECH y volver al limbo en el que hemos estado
siempre, para pasar los años y pasarnos nuevamente a otro director... Andy
Muschetti (It), nuevamente este director no tiene como prioridad ROBOTECH ya
que está interesado en sacar antes "It 2"
Y lo peor viene acá... existe
una confusión tremenda por el tema de los derechos de "Macross"...
HarmonyGold no ha sido nada claro ni transparente, todo va mal, mal! No se sabe
que esperar de esto

US$, pero solo llego a 194.574 US$, el proyecto se fue a la mierda! otra vez
jugando con los sentimientos de los fans, todo va mal que terrible!

un tribunal del estado de California falló en un juicio de arbitraje entre la productora Harmony Gold USA Inc. y Tatsunoko Productionssentenciando que la productora fundada por Macek mantendrá los derechos de las series Super Dimension Fortress Macross, The Super Dimension Cavalry Southern Cross y Genesis Climber Mospeada hasta el día 14 de marzo de 2021. Hasta esa fecha, la compañía estadounidense podrá continuar realizando trabajos derivados de las mencionadas obras bajo el nombre de Robotech.
La decisión de la corte representa un duro revés para la compañía estadounidense, la que desde el mes de noviembre de 2016 llevó a cabo este proceso en contra de la productora japonesa, producto que esta última alegó daños y perjuicios avaluados en más de 15 millones de dólares por concepto de violación de contratos entre los que se cuentan el sublicenciamiento de las mencionadas obras y el no pago de regalías por concepto de explotación en home video. Anteriormente, en 1998 la productora norteamericana afirmó tener un acuerdo con la productora japonesa en donde la primera podía hacer uso de las tres series de anime a perpetuidad bajo el nombre de Robotech. Sin embargo, la decisión de la corte revoca esta afirmación colocándole fecha de expiración a estos derechos hasta la fecha señalada del año 2021.
Como dato adicional, Harmony Gold posee la licencia de varias marcas comerciales relacionadas con la franquicia Macross las que fueron renovadas el 28 de diciembre de 2012 por un lapso de diez años. Esta decisión de la corte podría también poner fin a este contrato para la fecha señalada del 21 de marzo de 2021.
Si todo sigue igual de mal, podríamos decir que ROBOTECH muere el 2021, así es y no habrá ni existirá nada mas de ROBOTECH, NADA!. Nada de juegos, nada de comics, nada de juguetes, nada de música, nada de animación.
